What are we looking for?

Published 15 September, 2010 by HR

Our people are vital to our success and we aim to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.

We want people who share our passion and energy for New Zealand’s art, culture, and heritage. Different roles will have specific skills, however there are some common qualities and characteristics we look for in all our people.

The people we are looking for are those that can make a positive difference to our organisation. We want people that genuinely enjoy their job and bring commitment and enthusiasm to work everyday.

A proactive and open approach will help you share in and contribute to our success. We value new ideas and people who can think originally. Our staff are actively encouraged to be creative and innovative in their work.

We believe everybody has a leadership role to play, whether it is by managing, influencing or simply leading by example.

It’s our belief that every staff member is valuable and can help us achieve our goals.  Trust, respect and the ability to work together are key to our culture and success.
