Principal Legal Adviser: Nerissa Barber
The Principal Legal Adviser provides legal advice to the Ministry, its Ministers (and where relevant, agencies) to ensure compliance with legislative requirements; support legislative enhancements; and manage legal risks arising from the work of the Ministry.
Human Resources Manager: Natalie Harris
Natalie's responsibilities include human resources advice and support to managers and staff on recruitment and selection, induction, training and development, industrial relations and employment law, HR policy development, performance management, OSH, employee welfare, organizational development, culture surveys and retention issues.
