Radio New Zealand International
An operating division of Radio New Zealand Limited, Radio New Zealand International’s role is to provide a radio service to the South Pacific.
While the Ministry funds Radio New Zealand for its broadcast services to the Pacific and monitors these services on behalf of the Minister of Broadcasting, the Crown Ownership Monitoring Unit and the Treasury also have complementary roles in respect of the operations of Radio New Zealand. Both advise shareholding Ministers on Crown company performance and ownership issues
