Wellington Arch exhibition
The Wellington Arch is currently holding an exhibition about the New Zealand Memorial explaining the background to the memorial, the design concept and giving some insight into the images and text that adorn the sculptures.
The exhibition was recently expanded, in May 2007, to include a new panel recording the dedication ceremony that was held on November 11 2006.
A brochure is also available at the Wellington Arch to guide visitors around the memorial, giving sources and interpretation of the decorative details on each standard.
The exhibition will run until the end of 2007.
