How your information will be used

We will use the information you provide to assess your change in Taonga Tūturu collection status. The information provided to the Ministry for Culture and Heritage in this application will be held by the Chief Executive for the purpose of permitting the Chief Executive and their experts to update your records.

The Ministry is subject to the Official Information Act and may be required to release information in the terms of that Act. When we no longer need your information, we will securely archive or destroy it, in accordance with the Public Records Act 2005.
